The Silfra lava fissure is one of Iceland’s best-kept secrets. Silfra, which is situated in the heart of Þingvellir, the site of the world’s oldest parliament, is an otherworldly scene. South Coast & Plane Wreck Black Beach ATV Adventure
Get in touch with the raw power of black lava sand in Iceland's south shore with this fun ATV adventure. From Reykjavík, we drive towards Mýrdalsjökull glacier, where the volcano Katla is. There we get our ATVs (all-terrain vehicles/quads) and start the adventure. We will cross rivers, go to the promontory Dyrhólaey, and Sólheimasandur beach where the famous DC-3 aircraft wreck is. On this fun adventurous tour, we will experience different landscapes and magnificent Icelandic flatland.

Golden Circle & Glacier Lake
Join us on an exciting journey which will take you to the source of the glacial river Hvítá. The tour starts by visiting Þingvellir National Park where the Icelandic parliament Alþingi was established in the year 930 AD. You will have the opportunity to walk into the dramatic structure of Almannagjá‘s fault, with its towering walls. We proceed through fertile agricultural areas and visit the canyon of Hvítá river and its unique two tiered waterfall Gullfoss, with each tier dropping at right angles to each other. From Gullfoss we continue along mountain road Kjölur on our way to the Glacier Lake. There we will take a boat tour and navigate around the lake in the proximity of Iceland‘s second largest glacier, Langjökull. During the tour you will be taken on dry land and given the chance to take a short stroll beside the edge of the glacier. The duration of the boat tour is about 1 hour. After an enjoyable tour on the Glacier Lake we visit the geothermal area of Geysir and the spouting hot spring Strokkur, which ejects water columns up in the air every few minutes.

The Lava Tunnel
On this adventure, we visit the lava tunnel Raufarhólshellir located only 30 minutes from Reykjavík. We will witness the inner workings of a volcanic eruption while we walk in the path of a lava that flowed thousands of years ago. The lava tunnel is one of the biggest in Iceland and gets up to 30 metres wide and 10 metres high. The lava tube ceiling has caved in near the entrance, which creates beautiful columns of light. The fantastic range of colours of the tunnel wall is caused by the different mineral types of the rock. This is a tour for the senses. Experience a new world, hear the talk of the cave and sense the forces of nature like you have never done before. Learn new things and step out of your comfort zone. Horse Riding Among Lava Fields
This tour gives you a great opportunity to get to know the Icelandic horse and to experience horse riding in Iceland across incredible lava fields. On a 2 hour ride you will go through the lava fields surrounding Mt. Helgafell volcano to the old Kaldársel sheep corral or to Lake Hvaleyrarvatn. View rough lava fields and look for different formation in the lava. The beautiful Bláfjöll Mountains tower above on the horizon.
