What you'll do

Day 1: Arrival in Reykjavík

Fly to Iceland and, upon arrival at Keflavík International Airport, collect your rental car. From there, drive to Reykjavík and check into the Berjaya Reykjavík Natura Hotel. Spend your evening settling in, exploring the city’s nearby attractions, or simply relaxing after your journey. Staying overnight at Berjaya Reykjavík Natura Hotel.

Day 2: Reykjavík Exploration & Whale Watching

After breakfast, explore the heart of Reykjavík. Visit Hallgrímskirkja Church, stroll along the Old Harbour, and enjoy the unique architecture of the Harpa Concert Hall. In the afternoon, head to the harbour for a whale-watching tour, where you may encounter minke whales, humpbacks, and other marine life. Day 3: Flight to Egilsstaðir & Lake Hotel Stay

Catch an early flight from Reykjavík to Egilsstaðir in East Iceland. Upon arrival, pick up your rental car and drive to Lake Hotel & Spa, located near Lake Lagarfljót. Spend the rest of the day exploring the peaceful countryside, perhaps with a visit to the impressive Hengifoss Waterfall. Day 4: Breiðdalsvík and East Fjords

After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive along the East Fjords towards Breiðdalsvík. Enjoy the rugged coastline, with opportunities to stop at small fishing villages or take a leisurely hike in the surrounding valleys. Upon reaching Breiðdalsvík, check into Hotel Breiddalsvik and explore the local area, which offers a quiet escape into nature. Day 5: Journey to the South Coast & Glacier Lagoon

Start your day with a drive south, following the coastal road to one of Iceland’s most stunning natural sights, the Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon. Here, take a boat tour across the lagoon, gliding among icebergs and enjoying views of the Vatnajökull Glacier. Day 6: Vík & South Coast Waterfalls

Continue to Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss, two of Iceland’s most famous waterfalls, where you can take in their spectacular beauty. Day 7: Return to Reykjavík

After breakfast, begin your return journey to Reykjavík, stopping at any additional sights along the way that you may have missed. Day 8: Fly Home

On your final day, return your rental car at Keflavík International Airport and catch your flight home, reflecting on the stunning landscapes and unforgettable experiences of your Iceland adventure
