The group will fly to Iceland in 2 groups approximately 70 delegates from London and 30 delegates from Paris

London flight with Icelandair from London Heathrow T2

outbound 5 Oct departs 13:00 arrives Keflavik 15:20

inbound 8 Oct departs 16;10 arrives 20:20

Paris flight with Icelandair from Charles De Gaule

outbound 5 Oct departs 14:10 arrives 15:35

inbound 8 Oct departs 07:40 arrives 13:05

On arrival a private coach will take the group to the 4 star Hotel Natura

Wednesday Arrival reception dinner followed by opportunity to take a 3 hour Northern Lights Tour

Thursday Breakfast full day conference including lunch Evening Dinner with opportunity to experience Reykjavik by Night

Friday Breakfast Morning conference Afternoon Tour to the Golden Circle with lunch stop at Hotel Geysir

Friday evening Event by boat with Banquet dinner on Videy Island

Saturday Paris delagates will be taken to the airport for 07:40 departure

London Delegates will have the opportunity to visit the Blue Lagoon before their afternoon flight home.
