Volcano Helicopter Tour

A volcano erupted about 19 miles (30 km) from Iceland’s city, Reykjavik and you can now witness the spectacle from helicopter.

Iceland’s recent volcanic eruption on July 10, 2023, shows off the country’s unique geology and the fact that volcanic activity is still going on. This is the third time in the last two years that this area has seen an eruption. This eruption brings both amazing natural events and worries for the people who live nearby. Even though the eruption doesn’t pose much of a threat to air traffic, it is a good reminder of Iceland’s volcanic past and the need to keep an eye on things and be ready. As Iceland’s natural wonders continue to amaze, it is important to understand how powerful and dangerous these geological events can be.
