Hotel Flokalundur is a small summer hotel and camping site, situated on the shore of Vatnsfjordur, where the first settlers of Iceland landed. This is an ideal stop off point on arrival by ferry from Stykisholmur.
Vatnsfjordur, which is on the south coast of the Westfjords, is a nature reserve and known for its beautiful nature and abundant flora and fauna. The weather conditions are stable and mild making Vatnsfjordur an interesting place to visit and enjoy.
